@HDFCBank_Cares I successfully submitted my e-Kyc on 31st May only to get a failure email on 6th June. Today I submitted the documents in the bank to be told it will take 7 days for bank to update. Are we in 2026?

@OfficialSBICare How many days does it take to update KYC? I submitted my documents on 4th July and it's still pending from bank.

I never knew that leading banks of India are so far behind in terms of banking and tech. @OfficialSBICare has nt been abl to update my kyc after 20 days @SBICard_Connect wants me to submit a form for credit card. @HDFCBank_Cares they hv been sleeping on my CC app for 15 days 😂

@SBICard_Connect as a loyal SBI NRI customer I thought of obtaining SBI credit card, just to be told that my NRE FD and my amazing CIBIL and long history with bank is not enough 🙄and I need an NRO FD, are you kidding me 😖, is SBI still the bank of 90’s #sbi #sbicards

@zeptocares I don't think there is any check on the quality of what is being delivered and the refund policy. They want a feedback which goes in their bins.
