Hi there, the first Friday of 2024 and we still have not yet received the latest feedback from @bonbonclo @BonboncloSup. I have followed up on this with @RichieArms22178 on 3 Jan and he mentioned that the team usually replies to the email within 72 hours. However, it seems that we are still waiting for them.

Therefore, this is the final notice before I file the dispute case by the end of today (5 Jan).

I request clear answers on the following by the end of today (5 Jan)
1. Does Bonbonclo still have enough hoodies and caps in stock?
2. If the answer to the above is yes, please send the items out before the end of 8 Jan.
3. If the answer to the first question is no, please send the refund to me before the end of 6 Jan.

I believe that I have given the team ample time to address this matter, and therefore do not think the timeline is too tight. I have been awaiting a resolution for over 6 months.

I am becoming annoyed and frustrated with their late reply and mishandling of this issue. From the very beginning till now, I believe that I have handled this matter patiently and respectfully. However, I cannot feel any sincerity from the team, I need to make it very clear I mean not even a bit.
