I follow more dogs than people.
It's hard fitting this much sass and love into 280 characters.
I tweet like the people I've tagged will actually read it.
I'm having trouble reconciling these people, especially the ones from my church, who always seemed so kind and loving, with the hateful president they support. In my emotional exhaustion, I messaged one of them to ask. It occurs to me now that this will backfire. 1/
@mgomarley @KeneAkers Your profile says you're in Seattle, Washington. You traveled to Montana for a rally? Did you not have one in Washington state?
(Both are honest questions)
@ChristiCaldwell If you are in the US, I'm more than happy to link you to the specific ALA policies that forbid this. If you aren't in the US, I can find out if there are rules. I'm a librarian, we encourage access to information, we do not prohibit access.
@ChristiCaldwell This is against ALA (if you're in the US) policies, and she shouldn't be doing that. If it's in the library and you don't censor, they should be able to check out whatever they want.
Hi dog people of Twitter. Not having the best time with βhealthβ right now, and was called at 9am by the GP with a worrying update.
Any chance I can see some adorable woof-babies to remind me that the world CAN be good?
Just found out a friend of mine is divorcing his wife, who has stage 3 breast cancer. She didn't do anything awful. He said he had just grown apart from her.
He is no longer my friend, and I clearly misjudged him as a man. She has always been kind to me. I'm going to see if she needs anything because he can't be a man. Shameful. Am I being harsh? Did I break the bro code? No, you simply don't divorce your wife while she is in cancer treatment because you can't handle it.
