[INFO] Music critic Kim Youngdae shares that he heard few songs from Taehyung’s upcoming solo debut album
“This album is so unique, that I can't share. You'll be shocked..”
“I listened to a few songs from V's new album. I listened to it, and I can't give you that much details. I think you will be a bit surprised. First of all, I think you can say that it's a new side of V as a vocalist. Of course, the familiar side of V is there too, but I think you will feel really surprised at how he expressed himself. First off, the music is so good. And V has an attractive voice, right? But when you look at BTS' music, there are things he interprets in a specific way. But in this album, it is much more loose/ relaxed. It is so natural. So if you're curious about the natural V, then you just wait. And there is a reason that this album is so unique, that I can't share. You'll be shocked. It's not a collaboration”
[INFO] V on his solo album
V shared his thoughts on the release of his solo album, "I'm nervous but happy. This album is full of my tastes. There will be plenty to see. I prepared it thinking that ARMYs would be happy, so please look forward to it. You will be able to see a new side of V as a solo singer, different from BTS's V”
Min Hee-jin, will will lead the overall production of this album, including music, choreography, design, and promotion. She shared in statement, “I received an offer late last year. At first, I hesitated because of the schedule, but I was interested in V's attitude, passion, and his voice that I didn't know well. What I want you to pay attention to this time is music. I prepared music that reflects V's taste. Rather than familiar styles, we focused on the music he wants to do and the music he can digest well”
