Considering switching banks when #poorcustomerservice ? Not only @BankofAmerica cannot seem to “get a response” from @Chase regarding my #Zelle transaction claim for + 50 days, they denied my #RecallClaim & told me to pursue legal action against recipient (my friend)! 🤯 🤦‍♀️

I called today and they told me they were unable to get an answer from Chase to retrieve my funds so they closed my claim 🤦‍♀️ what does it mean they were not able to approve my claim? I lose my $? Who has it then if the recipient never got it?

@BankBetterGuy @BankofAmerica I waited patiently for their 45 business days timeframe and even though they never sent me an email or any type of notification about my claim, I called 📲 the Recalls Dept every week with no resolution 🤦‍♀️. It’s been 46 business days already and no one is able to help me 😳🧐

@BankBetterGuy @BankofAmerica The recipient’s bank is Chase and confirmed no $ was deposited with that Zelle transaction. If it’s not with me and not with him at Chase, where is that $? And why Bank of America does not credit back my account? I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and this is unbelievable! 🤦‍♀️

@BankBetterGuy @BankofAmerica It was completed as it gave me Zelle transfer confirmation number and everything. I used the email of the recipient as he enrolled in Zelle, sent $1 first to test he could receive funds and all good. ✅Then when I sent the rest of the $ he did not receive it and the $ was gone 🤷‍♀️
