Cant believe im about to be 30 lol i think the greatest gift i can give myself is clarity and good health. Really focusing on my wellbeing. Doing the work and truly enjoying every step of the way nomatter how hard it gets.

Working on my body has been something ive never been super consistent with. But lately ive been doing alot of low impact workouts and ive been feeling so at peace while getting this body right . A little weight lifting nothing crazy though.
