@BilalEksiTHY Lost baggage report sent to Turkish Airlines on 02.07.They have never contacted me. Customer service operators told me that I "will be notified when information becomes available". I was supposed to get an acknowledging email straight away...It has never arrived

@BilalEksiTHY Report RE: lost hand baggage sent to Turkish Airlines on 2nd July. Neither acknowledgment nor follow up was received. Turkish Airlines customer service agents won't even allow me to file a complain. Is this the best airline company in Europe? I don't believe so!

@BilalEksiTHY someone took my hand luggage mistakenly on flight TK1976 from Dublin to Istanbul on 01.07.2018.The luggage belonging to the man was left in the aircraft.Crew member asked me if I wanted to take that bag to make up for my lost bag!Outrageous!!
