@BokuDev @kbizzycs @NewYorkStateAG They did. Do Tipper Gore and PMRC not ring a bell?

[Githane @Githane1]

@VividVivka Sounds like he needs a VIVisection!

[Githane @Githane1]

@FantasyAnime This game was awesome!

[Githane @Githane1]

@PatrckStatic Hell man, im always up for that. Not that i really get to stream anymore…

[Githane @Githane1]

@Retrogamer_jpn @FantasyAnime I think they are both great. Your avatar makes me lament we never got more real PS games! What a great set of games.

[Githane @Githane1]

@FantasyAnime Amano is my favorite artist, so i do love both… but i do love the simplicity and style of the US box art. Both are great, perfect for one of the best games ever made.

[Githane @Githane1]

@supersisi Yup. I think about this all the time. I sold so many games just to afford a new one back then. Remember working under the table to afford the $80 (usd) for chrono trigger.
Worth noting a lot of the SNES carts had additional processors as well, or more memory, which raised prices

[Githane @Githane1]

@Johnneh_80 @supersisi I believe both 2 and 4 were as well. At least a lot of RPGs had reason to be more expensive, they had extra memory in the carts.

[Githane @Githane1]

@DreamLeaf5 @supersisi Really love the US FF boxes. They were simple and held their style. Love them. Though the japanese versions with Amanos art were great too.

[Githane @Githane1]

@ytpoop1 @supersisi Nah, these are all fine. Amazing? No, but bad? Hardly.

[Githane @Githane1]

@FantasyAnime Just in time to suplex a train!

[Githane @Githane1]

@supersisi Easily ALttP for me. But after that, its hard to gauge. Zelda 1, 2 and LA are all phenomenal.

[Githane @Githane1]

@JesseCox Its a weird take to think if GTA6 is going to cost $100+ then base prices will follow.
We had many games in the 90s costing 70-100 and that never set base cost. I don’t think most publishers would be that dumb to think they’ll make more money/sales at that price.

@16bitnostalgia Phantasy Star. Not the PSO crap, but the actual, original single player games. They were so good.

[Githane @Githane1]

@JohnWolfeYT She’ll be building the Tower of Barad-dûr soon enough!

[Githane @Githane1]

@Phacin8_ @16bitnostalgia That was my thought too.

[Githane @Githane1]

@mwmoedinger Schools in my area, at least for elementary, allow students to be dropped off way earlier. Something like 6:30 or 7. Sort of like a school morning day care. Not sure if it cost or not.

[Githane @Githane1]

@GamewithDave And not a “spiritual” garbage remake.
Also, Crystalis could use one. I’d even go for a remake of that.

[Githane @Githane1]

@Okenuthz @GamewithDave It’s perfect as is.
