A disturbing scene on the streets of Los Angeles.

A man knocks over a bicycle, falls, gets back up, sprints across traffic, and starts punching a wall.

He appears to be in serious crisis, putting himself and others in danger.

The cameras are rolling, people are watching, but who’s going to help him?

Someone in this condition needs more than a temporary solution. He needs real intervention and possibly long-term care.

One of the quickest ways to end up in jail is to lose your temper in a fast-food restaurant while someone has their camera rolling.

What starts as an argument over a meal can turn into an arrest, criminal charges, and a video that follows you around for years.

Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is walk away. No hamburger is worth a criminal record.

Uber Eats gets $30. The driver gets $2. Something is seriously wrong with that picture.

An angry Uber Eats driver is telling people to stop using the service, claiming the company made $30 on his delivery while paying him just $2, plus whatever the customer tipped.

The driver supplies the vehicle, pays for gas, handles the wear and tear, and does the actual delivery.

Tips belong to the driver, but should customers be expected to make up for what the company doesn’t pay?

There’s nothing wrong with a company making a profit, but the people doing the work deserve a fair share too.

What started as an argument inside a store quickly turned into a confrontation.

“I’m gonna slap this woman.”

“Go ahead, do it.”

I’ll never understand why people let a simple disagreement escalate to the point of threatening violence.

All this while other customers are just trying to shop. One bad decision can turn an ordinary day into a police matter.

Ever had a neighbor who seems determined to make your life miserable?

A woman says her neighbor keeps filing complaints about her dog barking, and now her condo association has hit her with a $500 fine.

She insists the complaints aren’t true and doesn’t know whether to hire a lawyer or fight it herself.

I wouldn’t hand over $500 without demanding proof and a chance to challenge the fine. Nobody should have to live in fear of what their neighbor might complain about next.

Some neighbors make living in your own home a nightmare.

Imagine catching your neighbor using YOUR water to water HER lawn!

She hooks her hose up to his house without permission, and he threatens to call the HOA and police.

Bad neighbors are one thing. But having one who thinks your utilities belong to them? That’s a whole new level of nerve.

Will there ever be peace between Democrats and Republicans again?

A liberal protester claims conservatives want liberals dead by taking away their food, medicine, and homes.

Then he turns around and says he wishes all conservatives were dead and wouldn’t even sell one water on a hot day.

Think about that. He accuses the other side of wanting people dead while openly wishing death on them himself.

We’ve reached a point where political differences are turning into outright hatred. Whatever happened to disagreeing without treating each other like enemies?

This country will never come together if we keep seeing fellow Americans as the enemy.

Someone left a German Shepherd on the side of the road in Carlsbad with a bag of food, a water bowl, and a cardboard sign that said FREE DOG.

I can't imagine what goes through someone's mind when they decide this is an acceptable way to get rid of a dog.

Thankfully, a woman spotted him and called the police.

And this is where the story takes a much better turn.

The officer who responded found himself face-to-face with a German Shepherd who had every reason to be wary of strangers.

What happened between those two is the part I hope people remember.

WOW: A volleyball coach in Kazakhstan allegedly put his hands on one of his own young players in the middle of a match, and the video is spreading fast.

Hamit Myrzabekov, a coach with the Shymkent Volleyball Academy, has been suspended from the national championship after reports that he used physical force against a female player during a game. He’s now banned from coaching in competitions, sitting on the bench, and even entering the match area. Officials haven’t said what further punishment he could face. I played this game at the highest level, and I’ve had coaches scream, push, and challenge me. But there’s a line between demanding and abusive, and no coach anywhere should ever cross it with a kid.

If this happened in America, should this coach be fired on the spot?

Winnie the Pooh has apparently hired a German Shepherd for personal security.

The little guy loves his Halloween costume so much that he doesn't want to take it off.

Which means this German Shepherd now has a rather unusual responsibility.

Keeping an eye on a tiny bear who drinks from a bottle, has absolutely no interest in changing clothes, and probably has no idea he has his own security detail.

I have a feeling the Hundred Acre Wood is going to be a lot safer with this arrangement.

The best part is how naturally these two seem to fit together.
