If you see a spider climbing and standing on raised legs with its abdomen pointed upwards, then releasing silk threads into the air, it's because it's on the brink of ballooning.
Using ballooning, spiders can reach altitudes of up to 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) and travel hundreds of miles. They are often the first pioneers to colonize new volcanic islands and have even been found landing on ships in the middle of the ocean.
While scientists historically believed that wind alone lifted the spiders, modern research proves they also harness the Earth’s global atmospheric electrical circuit. The silk threads pick up negative static charges, which are repelled by the negative charge of the ground, lifting the spider into the air even on completely windless days.

Adam Carolla says San Diego used to be nice but now is a “shit show”
He didn’t feel safe walking the streets
I remember at one point not too long ago San Diego had a Republican mayor .. but not any longer
It’s official. I’m running for Mayor of LA. I’ve waited a whole year for someone to step up and challenge Karen Bass, but I saw no fighters. Guess I’m gonna have to do this myself.
Let’s make LA camera ready again! #MayorPratt#PrattForMayor#SpencerPrattForMayor
Former Coronado mayor @RichardPBailey_ hosted another successful Policy Over Politics event at the Bali Hai restaurant recently. At the end of the event he announced that he would be moving into the City of San Diego this week, which we interpreted as a hat tip to those of us who are praying he runs for Mayor of San Diego during the next election.
Imagine common sense leadership returning to San Diego, formerly known as America,a Finest City

Although Comedy Central pulled this episode, Charlie thought it was hilarious. 😆 He also said we as conservatives need to have a good spirit toward jokes and thick skin. A great lesson for all. Be a “Master Debater” as Charlie said at the end.
I'm not saying we don't want to deport the "Worst First" of the illegal aliens.
By ALL MEANS, gang members and violent criminals should be deported before anyone else.
But if there is indeed an exception made for illegal alien "farm workers" and "hospitality workers" then you're really creating TWO exceptions:
One for illegals who work in those industries
And one for employers who are giving jobs to illegals to avoid paying American workers a fair wage.
And I'm not cool with any of that.
