I don't know what it takes for KPLC to act on a recurrent problem which is potentially dangerous. The pole at Begonia Close, Karen Plains keeps sparking and eventually causes blackouts. I have reported this 5 times before with no permanent resolution. Amazing.

KPA is poster child of corruption .. How does qualification as an Arbitrator be a criteria for legal practice anywhere in the world? KPA Company Secretary & Supply Chain Manager must be honest enough & say which law firm they have struck a shady deal. This is ex facie corruption.
