@virginmedia@VirginMediaCorp zero broadband for over a week and it’s not scheduled to be fixed until the 7th of December. Engineers turned up and left without telling us. The worst customer service I have dealt with and no intention of sending someone sooner to fix the issue.
@virginmedia (2/2) we have now been told no one is coming until next Wednesday to solve the issue ?! We are a 6 person household with a business account and this massively impacting.
@virginmedia Individual connection. Our internet cable from our house to the box outside is broken. This was diagnosed on Saturday from our first engineer visit. Since then we have had 2 actual appointments & 1 no show, all of which were not equipped to solve the issue.
