Why? This is an absurd and terrible statement. On a personal note, Keir, I know my immigrant neighbours made me who I am. My mum loved them, we children were all friends. Turks, Pakistanis, Iranians, and us. In a suburb of Reading in the 1980s. It was a happy community.
So after reaching out via DM, the rep said they understand my concern and hope they do better next time. That’s it. What about helping me THIS time, @amazonhelp? Your rep admitted it wasn’t “the experience we strive for”. So how can we resolve this?
