Jesus Christ is Truth

To see there must be light. Jesus said, "I am the light of the world." Without Christ, you can not see. You are blinded by utter darkness.
You dont get transformed because you're working at it. You are transformed because you can see, because the light of Jesus Christ.
Once you see it, you can be it. Once you become it, you shine, and darkness flees.

The way that seemeth right to man speaks volumes. Do you read your bible in the context of the world, in mans language and understanding? Or do you read it in God's? Do you read it in faith and understanding that God doesn't speak the fallen language of man?
Do you color scripture in the way in which you were taught by the world to see things, or do you read it in the light of God's infinite possibility?

We are called to be like Christ, not like our fellow man. Do not strive to be like anyone other than Christ.

Remember that old things pass away and become new in Christ. When does it become a revelation, and not just a confession?

Have you accepted the lies of the kingdom of satan as doctrine? How could you base the Infinite and Glorious Kingdom of Truth, of Righteousness, of Light, of God, off of a kingdom built upon darkness and deception? Which God has none of in him. Jesus is the light so that which is built in darkness is not of him. You are to be in this world, not of it.

Stop being busy trying to be wise. Become less. Become last. Become dumb to the world and the things of it. Be of Christ, be of God.

Too much darkness isn't a real problem. It makes no sense. Darkness can not overtake light. In a room of darkness, it instantly flees from the light immediately. A lack of light is the problem. Be the light that shines in the darkness and watch it flee.

You can watch a man curse Christ and spit on a Bible.

You can watch him mock you. Laugh. Dismiss it all.

And then one day, mid-sentence, the Spirit opens his eyes.

Paul is riding to kill Christians. By lunchtime, he’s blind and calling Jesus Lord.

Zodhiates hurls rocks at missionaries. By nightfall, he’s preaching the gospel.

Augustine lies on a garden bench, drunk with shame, and hears a child say, “Take up and read.” He picks up Romans and everything breaks for him.

This is the Spirit’s work. It cannot be mimicked. It happens in pews, in jail cells and in hospital beds.

It has happened to you, hasn’t it?

You didn’t get there by logic or by accident. You got there because the Spirit found you and convicted you.

He showed you a Christ so lovely, so sufficient, that you stopped arguing and started worshiping.

That is the Spirit’s signature: He makes Christ your treasure.

When You lift up the name of Jesus instead of Your own. God will help You to focus on truth, instead of Your trials. He will help You to be thankful, instead of giving into fear. He will help You to choose Joy, instead of anger.
