Similarly if they teach the consequences of committing a crime then they might not turn into monsters. However in India, parents never speak about such issue to kids so kids turn to tv, internet and wrong friends.

@timesofindia Those boys names should be revealed with pics and banned from education, jobs etc so that they understand the consequences of their crimes.
