@younghavok True. These fanboys and two girls want the Switch 2 to have the same momentum as the Switch 1, but the only reason 2017-2018 had a stacked library of first party games is because Nintendo had to make the Switch 1 good right out of the gate compared to the Wii U.
@younghavok Yeah that's true. I think this new direction Nintendo is taking with the Switch 2, in terms of game releases and third party support, is the best way for them to better support it, as well as ensuring that the first party titles will have more going for them later down the line.
@younghavok Also, yes. They were a bit too quick to blow their first party load right out the gate for the Switch 1, hence why games like Splatoon 2 felt like the first game with no new content until a year or two later. Same for MK8 Deluxe getting the booster course pass in 2022.
@younghavok Yeah, but it at least gave those Wii U games a second chance since only 3 people bought that console. Sucks that they upcharge those ports to $60 a pop though.
@Eldonchorizo_ So you ARE going to assume that the Switch 2 port running like ass is just made up anti-Switch 2 propaganda like you always assume in order to defend Nintendo. Good to know.
