@urbanhermit7 @mysticfuture There are many marathoners who follow the LCHF diet. In fact even pre marathon, they don’t do carb loading. Maintain a healthy salt balance to avoid cramps. Even the Marathon is fueled by salt, lime water and gels only. Personally haven’t tried this for a Marathon.
