by 2022 i want to have established a good morning/night and workout routine. i want to be on my phone less and live in the presence more. need to be kinder to myself.
i need to start being more mindful; take things slow and do everything with intention. eat healthier, move my body and overall take better care of myself 😌✨💅🏻🕯☕️
going to try and work on myself more.
goals:
- do at least 2 things a day that is for me: working out, meditation, skincare etc.
- add a new habit a week
- plan my day
- work on self discipline always
