@McDonaldsUK Went to the Plymouth plympton McDonald’s, the touch screen terminal was faulty which meant I had to speak to a member of staff to get my order resolved. I remember thinking with dread that I would encounter someone who would have zero customer service, be entitled, not care, lie to me, make McDonald’s problem mine and make me the bad guy. You did not disappoint. When will you teach staff that they are they there to help me. Not the other way around.

I do not know William is not sat next to her in the video showing his love & support for his wife. I know the mole is not there, I zoomed in and looked. Also her hands move in weird ways. And at one point her voice does a digital catch-up. This video is not an example of truth especially when we consider what AI can do. I seriously hope Kate is safe.
