@airindia i have been following this issue for years now. AI falsely took baggage charges from me at airport and has ignored my complaints so far. It has been close to 1 years now.

Apparently in this digital age @flyspicejet takes 10 days to refund any balance and needs follow up with customer care. Great way to keep working capital in flow just dont return money 🤦🏻‍♂️

@airvistara Surely not.. i have been in discussion with customer care for days and have no resolution. They dont even repond on time and take weeks. Only legal actions are heard here
