Delegates of NREA have today (23.06.2026) at LKO effectively advocated before 8th CPC for Gr B status and also highlighted the acute stagnation issue of Engineers of @RailMinIndia recruited at L-6 and L-7.

Representatives SCREA/AIREF discussed the pay related issues of JE/SSE in @RailMinIndia with Hon'ble FM @nsitharaman Ji at Mahabubnagar on 04.06.26. Madam has agreed to write a letter to Hon'ble MR @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji for allotting GrB status to Railway Engineers.

SSE को ग्रुप बी दर्जा देने के लिए माननीय मंत्री जी ने कमेटी बनाकर 6 week में रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के आदेश दिए थे। रिपोर्ट 6 माह में भी नहीं आई। कमेटी ने तो माननीय मंत्री जी के आदेश को भी डस्टबिन में डाल दिया है शायद।
