I am unable to get the rider removed. Tomorrow is my policy renewal due. I also wrote email to ombudsman [email protected] & [email protected] but no response. This is unfair practice on part of @BupaNiva & should be addressed immediately.

@AirIndiaX horrible experience at Chennai airport. Flight delayed 3 hrs & no guarantee that it won’t further get delayed. Hardly any announcements for passengers regarding food or any other facilities.

@byogicool1 @parsh_kothari Y not to give an option to cancel. One can charge fee for cancellation or modification. A person can run into emergency or change in plans or whatever. You cannot force me to pay money without using service.
