Just interviewed a 36 year old woman diagnosed with bipolar disorder as a teenager -she was on various cocktails of meds such as lithium, Effexor, and Risperdal- the meds gave her awful side effects and she tapered off them as an adult-she also cleaned up diet and started exercising but still suffered from suicidal depression and unstable mood.

She also had a lifetime of food intolerances, skin disorders and gut issues. she ended up gaining a bunch of weight, eventually topping out at 212 lbs and tried numerous dietary strategies to lose the weight to include whole food diets, calorie counting etc.. -She would lose some weight but it always returned and her gut, skin and mental health issues persisted.

In her early 30s she tried keto and noticed improvements in some of her health issues but still was suffering.

3 years ago she tried a strict carnivore diet of just red meat, and within about a month her mental health completely cleared up as did her gut and skin issues. She stated she felt like a brand new person and to this day she has maintained a 72lb weight loss for over 2 years, mentally feels completely normal and is in the best health of her life! She still eats carnivore, but now includes, fish, eggs dairy and other meats.

A lifetime of suffering, drugs with awful side effects and a medical team with no solutions, all fixed with a few months of nutrient dense food!

Let me share a little secret. A number of news agencies have known Hamza bin Laden was alive for years, and refused to print articles on him at the request of the CIA. Reuters is one of them.

As some of you may be aware, we will likely be importing more cheap foreign beef in order to cut the cost at the grocery store for the consumers-this is likely a midterm election strategy as people don’t vote for incumbents when food is too expensive

The down stream effect of this is that it will likely cause many American ranchers to go out of business unless additional help is sent their way

In the mean time, if you can afford to do so, please buy directly from ranchers if you can-it might be the difference between them going out of business or surviving to keep on doing what they do the best in the world, producing high quality beef!
