Over 10 weeks waiting for a refund for 5 tickets. Emails, calls, and X DMs have gone nowhere. Oman Air confirmed the refund was due within 4 weeks, yet nothing has been refunded.
We are now escalating the matter through our credit card issuer.

@IsikErsoz@omanair I agree. Oman Air will never refund your money. I've been following up for refund of 5 tickets since March 20th, by phone calls, emails and x DMs. They will ask for details through DM, but they never respond. Their tactic is for the customer to give up.
