I can’t quite explain it. There are just so many companies, employers, and opportunities in America 🇺🇸. As long as you have the legal authorization to work, there are opportunities out there for you.
Omoh!! 😭🇺🇸 God bless the people who built this country! 🙏🏾❤️
I did an experiment on August 1st to see how long it would take me to land a job.
128 custom applications, 12 company outreaches , 5 final interviews, & 3 job offers as of today.
Literally none from Linked1n, Ind33d, or referral smh
I’ve shared a lot about my journey on this timeline, but to recap 👇
- I graduated with a First Class degree in Physics and was the Best Graduating Student in my department.
- A lecturer once told me that with Physics, I could travel the world. That planted a seed in me. I realized education could be my pathway to eventually work with top companies around the world.
- During NYSC, I locked in on scholarship applications. Unfortunately, I had no mentor, no real resources, and nobody to guide me. I had to search for information myself on the internet.
- During NYSC, I also got my first Physics-related publication.
After NYSC, I returned home and continued applying. Every single application was rejected. 😭😭
- Then, while searching online, I came across the field of Photonics through a Finnish university’s website. I became interested and started searching for universities offering graduate programs in Photonics.
- I applied to several programs, eventually received two offers, and accepted the one from Germany 🇩🇪.
And that was how I left Nigeria 🇳🇬 in October 2020.
No special connection. No insider knowledge. I was simply searching the internet, applying, getting rejected, learning, and trying again until one door finally opened. 🙏🏾
Asake did 8 full reps of squats with her and still maintained good vocals and breath control. 😭
She’s a tall woman, too, so she’s definitely around 75 - 80kg.
If you like, don’t go to the gym as a man, you hear.
A lot of people have reached out to me based off this post saying they want to apply too
For the records, I’m also a potential applicant too
So if you’ll be interested in joining a group where these vacancies can be posted, let me know in the comments

Overall Best Graduating Student, Lagos State University (2025/2026).
My journey didn’t start at LASU; it started in Sango Ota, Ogun State, at Top's Bright International School. After I was sent home from my previous school in Lagos during JSS3 because of unpaid fees, severe family hardship forced us to relocate to Ota.
Things were financially tough growing up. There were days I was sent home for school fees, but I stayed consistent at the top of my class. Seeing my dedication, my school proprietor did something remarkable: he cleared all my outstanding debts, granted me a full scholarship through SS3, covered my WAEC fees, and supported my UTME fees.
I will never forget the teachers who believed in me, teachers who gave me money to buy food to eat during school lunch break, Master Timothy Chinedu, and Mr. Tayo Ajileye, who enrolled me in free extra lessons. Everyone supported me with the little they had. That kindness proved to me early on that hard work and diligence pay off.
Entering LASU, my drive was simple: to make my family, my teachers, my proprietor, and everyone who invested in me proud.

Easiest way to stay employed in this country is to leave these popular industries and find an industry with boomers . Two interview stages and you get the job .
Honestly, she’s right 😂
When I was job hunting, most of the companies I came across were in these “boomer” industries, and 50% of the time, it was just one interview and then the job 😅
So if you don’t know what industries to target, start here:
Pharmaceuticals, CPG, supply chain & logistics, construction, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, transportation and real estate.
There are SO many companies in these industries that people overlook.
I was doing research on Thursday and discovered 3 new real estate companies. Sent it to my friends to try their luck, they got interview invitations from two of them 🤣
Almost £750m in 20 months, including numerous high profile flops they’ve managed to turn over at considerable profit, all while under investigation for the greatest cheating charges in the history of the sport.
Master of Laws programs in Canada are well funded. I've hardly supported or met an LLM student here who didn't get one scholarship or the other.
If you are considering an LLM, here are some Canadian schools where students I know got scholarships.

I have launched the actual test of this AI Glass that I built to help blind people and people with visual impairments
I started testing it directly on the face of a person with a visual impairment to see how it would work in real life👓
And what amazed me the most is that after the blind person wore the glass, he said that for him, it was amazing
