@airarabiagroup Disappointed with the service on your Indian routes. Even water is chargeable, and broken luggage issues are dismissed without responsibility. There’s clear discrimination in customer handling on these routes. Such treatment is unacceptable.

@airarabiagroup Disappointed with the customer service at Bangalore airport. My luggage was broken, and made to roam around the airport for 45 minutes trying to find support. Then, I was told the luggage is damaged but not your responsibility. No complaint booked.
