After the collapse of xUSD/Stream Finance in November we made a free vault monitoring tool. It might’ve helped you catch what happened with Resolv / USR.
Example:
If you were in Gauntlet USDC Frontier, you could’ve monitored:
*sudden APY spikes (often a red flag)
*liquidity drops
Same for Morpho markets:
* spikes in utilization + APY usually is a risk signal
We are working on an escape hatch to be able to do auto-withdraw when your personal “code red” metrics hit.
The tool is free, hopefully it helps you stay ahead next time. Go ahead and set some alerts on your current vaults you deposit in. You can use it at vaultautomation(.)xyz

🚧 Build in Public Update: Incentive Data for Aave
One piece of feedback we heard while talking to users:
“Protocol/Native APY alone doesn’t tell the full story when incentives are involved.”
So we added Merkl incentive data for Aave markets to give a clearer view of the real economics of a strategy.
New metrics now available:
• Net Supply APY = Supply APY + Merkl Rewards
• Supply Rewards APY
• Net Borrow APY = Borrow APY − Merkl Rewards
• Borrow Rewards APY
This means users can now:
✅ See the true net yield of their strategy
✅ Monitor reward fluctuations that can impact profitability
✅ Get notified when incentives meaningfully change
Incentives are often the difference between a strategy working or not. Without tracking them, you're flying partially blind.
We’re continuing to build Vault Automation in public, shipping features based directly on conversations with users.
If you're running strategies on Aave, Morpho, or other lending protocols, I’d love to hear:
• What incentives are hardest to track today?
• What changes cause you to rebalance or exit positions?
• What DeFi tasks still feel way too manual?
Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
🚧 Build in Public Update: Borrow-Side Metrics Are Live (Morpho + AAVE)
After speaking with users running looping and capital-efficient strategies, we expanded into borrow-side metrics. The goal is simple: make sure your strategy works not just when yields look good, but when borrow costs spike and silently erode returns.
🔵 Morpho Markets
• Total Borrowed
• Utilization Rate
• Instant Borrow APY (ex rewards)
• 6h Avg Borrow APY (ex rewards)
• Net 6h Avg Borrow APY (incl rewards)
🟣 AAVE
• Remaining Borrow Cap
• Utilization Rate
• Borrow Cap %
• Instant Borrow APY (ex rewards)
• 6h Avg Borrow APY (ex rewards)
We now support a total of 8 AAVE metrics and 7 Morpho Market metrics.
As the number of metrics increased, the UI had to evolve too. You can now:
• Filter Supply vs Borrow metrics
• Toggle Triggered vs Safe
• Easily see exactly how far past a threshold a metric moved
More clarity. Faster reaction time. Less hidden risk.
We’re building Vault Automation in public, shipping based on real usage, and turning small daily frictions into tools you don’t have to think about.
Curious:
• How do you execute your looping strategies?
• Which markets are hardest to keep tabs on?
• What DeFi tasks still feel way too manual?

Build in Public Update: Added Real-Time AAVE APY Alerts for Lenders [Video Walkthrough]
Earlier today, I noticed a bunch of posts on X calling out how low USDC and USDT lending APYs were on AAVE.
Here's a super common workflow:
open AAVE → check rates → compare markets → maybe move funds → repeat a couple hours later
So we shipped something to reduce that loop.
At VaultAutomation(.)XYZ, we added real-time AAVE lending APY alerts so you don’t have to manually monitor markets or refresh dashboards all day.
Example set-up in the video:
• Alert me if USDC or USDT > 3.5% lending APY
• Alert me if USDG < 3.0% lending APY
• Deliver alerts via Telegram + Email
In the posts going around today, USDC/USDT were paying <2.5%. Instead of watching rates drift all day, I just set thresholds and walked away.
We know real-time rates can feel a bit spiky, so we also have a 6-hour average lending APY metric. You can choose:
• Real-time APY for fast moves
• 6h average APY for smoother signals
Same alerts. Different noise tolerance.
This is the pattern we’re building toward:
set trigger → decide → alert → automate movement (next)

• What DeFi tasks still feel way too manual?

📨 Build in Public Update: Email Alerts
Until now, Telegram was the only notification channel. That worked well for crypto-native users, but it wasn’t enough.
What’s new:
• Email notifications are now live. Opt-in or opt-out.
• Alerts reach you even when you’re not glued to Telegram
• Same protocol-native signals for Morpho and AAVE, more flexibility in how you receive them
This is part of a bigger theme for us: meeting users where they already are, not forcing new habits just to manage risk.
We’re building Vault Automation in public, shipping iteratively, and sharing what works (and what doesn’t). Excited to have you part of our journey. Help us make sure that we are building for your painpoints:
* Would you prefer to receive alerts on Slack or Whatsapp?
* What keeps you from deploying more capital into DeFi?
* What manual tasks do you keep doing over-and-over?
* What risks are hardest to monitor today?
* Why haven’t you deployed into DeFi yet?

🔐 Build in Public Update: Sign in with Your Wallet (ERC-4361)
At Vault Automation XYZ we just shipped a third way to log in.
In addition to:
• Google OAuth
• Email and password
You can now connect your wallet and sign in using ERC-4361 (Sign-In With Ethereum).
Why this matters 👇
Most “wallet logins” in crypto are vague and scary. ERC-4361 is intentionally different:
• You sign a clear, human-readable message
• No transactions
• No approvals
• No fund movement
• No gas
It’s simply cryptographic proof that you own the wallet.
What this unlocks:
• True account ownership
• Wallet-native identity without giving up UX
• Seamless bridge between Web2 logins and Web3 primitives
• The ability to layer permissions, alerts, and automation directly to wallets
Google for convenience.
Email for familiarity.
Wallets for privacy and ownership.
We’re building Vault Automation in public, shipping iteratively, and sharing what works (and what doesn’t). Excited to have you part of our journey. Help us make sure that we are building for your painpoints:

🚀 Product Update: VaultAutomation xyz now supports AAVE alerts
AAVE is one of the most widely used DeFi protocols, but one of the most frustrating user experiences is showing up ready to supply or borrow… only to find the cap already hit.
We just shipped AAVE support on VaultAutomation(.)xyz so you don’t have to constantly check the UI anymore.
You can now set real-time alerts for:
• Supply APY (Average APY over the last 6 hours)
• Remaining Supply Capacity (how much room is left for you to supply)
• Remaining Borrow Capacity (how much room is left for you to borrow)
Why this matters
Caps are often reached before you notice.
By the time you check manually, the opportunity is gone.
With alerts:
⚡Get notified when you can supply again take advantage of incentives
🔓Know when borrow capacity opens back up
🎯Act immediately instead of refreshing dashboards all day
We also shipped a requested quality-of-life improvement:
✅ Account sign-up and login with email + password
(Currently you can sign up using Google OAuth Login)
More protocols, more alerts, and tighter risk monitoring coming soon.
👉 Try it out at vaultautomation(.)xyz
Would love feedback from anyone actively using AAVE.
🚀🔍 New Feature: Wallet-Based Alert Setup for Morpho Vaults
You can now connect your wallet to Vault Automation XYZ to quickly pull in your Morpho vault positions when creating alerts.
Connect MetaMask, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet (and more) to:
• Instantly load your Morpho vaults for alert setup
• Create alerts on APY, liquidity, allocation changes, and more
• No signing. No permissions. No risk.
Designed to reduce setup friction.
👉 Try it free at VaultAutomation (.) xyz
New Feature Launch: Advanced Alerts for Morpho Vaults are live 🔔
One of the biggest risks in DeFi vaults isn’t volatility, it’s silent change.
Today, if a Morpho vault curator updates underlying market allocations, most depositors won’t notice unless they manually check and remember the original setup.
A vault you deposited into for cbBTC or wstETH or PYUSD exposure can quietly shift into assets outside your risk controls.
With VaultAutomation Advanced Alerts, that changes.
You now get real-time alerts whenever a Morpho vault’s market allocations change, including:
• New markets added
• Existing markets removed
• Major allocation shifts between markets with customizable thresholds
Plus, two big platform updates:
🔐Account creation and login with Google (no more crypto wallet friction)
🔗Arbitrum support, expanding beyond Ethereum, Base, HyperEVM
Setup takes just a few clicks, and alerts can be tuned to your personal risk thresholds.
🔔 Monitor allocation changes in real time
🛡️ Stay aligned with your risk controls

We’re building this closely with users and actively want to understand your pain points.
* What keeps you from deploying more capital into DeFi?
* What risks are hardest to monitor today?
* Which chains or DeFi protocols matter most?
* How do you want alerts delivered?
* What should be automated next?

We launched Vault Automation XYZ last week for Morpho Vaults on Ethereum and Base and had some great conversations with early users. Based on that feedback, we just shipped support for monitoring Morpho Markets and HyperEVM Morpho Vaults.
The goal is to make it easier for users to stay ahead of liquidity, APY, and other metrics across more parts of the ecosystem. We’ll keep expanding coverage as more people share what they want to monitor and automate.
It’s free to use, and feedback is always welcome. Please let me know what blockchain, protocol, metrics, or notification medium to add next.
🚀 I wanted to share the release of one of our products from Glacient that many DeFi users will find useful: Vault Automation XYZ. It is an alerting tool for DeFi vaults and represents the first step toward our longer-term vision of full no-code workflow automation for DeFi.
The recent xUSD incident highlighted how quickly conditions can shift. Liquidity dried up, risk profiles moved in unexpected ways, and several vaults were affected before many users even realized anything had changed. It reinforced how important real-time visibility is, and Vault Automation is designed to help with exactly that.
Vault Automation is live on Ethereum and Base with support for Morpho vaults. You can track APY, liquidity changes, and market movements in real time. Telegram notifications are available today, with email, Slack, WhatsApp, and webhook support coming soon. You can sign up today totally free. No credit card required.
We are already working on support for additional networks such as Arbitrum, Optimism, and Solana, as well as protocols including Aave, Euler, and Kamino. More notification channels and metrics are on the way, along with the automation pipeline that will eventually enable intelligent noncustodial rebalancing and full no-code workflow automation for DeFi.
Glacient’s mission is to deliver secure, noncustodial automation tools that give users more control over their positions and simplify DeFi operations.
If you want to try the launch version or share feedback, see the link in the comments or browse to vaultautomation dot xyz (I can't put the direct link since it affects reach). Really appreciate you all supporting us while we build. 🙏
