1/2 Horrible experience rn w @ItaloTreno Our train from Florence to Bolanzo was “broken” so we were told to disembark and wait for a replacement train. However the train never came and we were told later the “replacement train” was just the same train. Super misleading and caused

@raileurope hoping to get a refund for the second part of our journey as we were forced to miss the connection because the first train was “indefinitely delayed”. We lost $200 because of this and hope @raileurope will take good care of its customers
