🛑 Clinton Judge Blocks Wilber’s Removal Clock 🛑

Judge Orlando Garcia, a San Antonio federal district judge appointed by Bill Clinton, just put the brakes on removing Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, the Venezuelan illegal alien who fled ICE at high speeds in North Austin on Sep 20, collided with agents, failed to stop, and was shot.

Garcia’s Sep 21 order in W.D. Texas case SA-26-CV-6038-OLG sets an in-person hearing for Wed Sep 30 at noon CDT and requires Garces Perez to be present in the San Antonio courtroom. His immigration attorney, Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, is calling that an emergency block on deportation so ICE cannot ship him out before the hearing. DHS already says he has a final order of removal and is in custody at the South Texas ICE Processing Center in Pearsall after he left Dell Seton.

Lincoln-Goldfinch is also pushing the laughable claim that her client was trying to pull over. Surveillance and APD Chief Lisa Davis’s account show the opposite arc: the blue vehicle was already stopped by ICE on Anderson Square, then a pursuit followed, with shots under the highway about 200 yards and roughly 10 to 15 minutes later. That is not “pulling over.” Co-counsel is even shopping a U-visa delay on top of it.

A final-order illegal alien who fled a targeted stop now gets a Clinton judge and a lawyer stall. Trump needs to clean out all of these activist district judges like Garcia. They are a cancer to the constitution and the country.

“The New York Times will not publish or distribute any images taken as part of the White House still photography pool today, in conjunction with the other members of that pool and in a show of support for the news organizations being unfairly targeted by the president’s barring of journalists from the White House," New York Times spokesperson Charlie Stadtlander stated.

"We remain committed to covering the president’s travel to New York City today. Americans deserve a free and independent media covering their government without intimidation, as well as comprehensive coverage of newsworthy events," he added.

The Washington Post released a similar statement—

“The Washington Post will not publish any photographs of today’s presidential events — including Trump’s departure from the White House and his events at the United Nations in New York — until midnight Eastern Time, joining a collective effort with photographers in other newsrooms covering the White House in a show of support of the banned outlets," said Post spokesperson Olivia Petersen.

These new announcements come after major news outlets including CBS News, ABC News, CNN, Fox News, and NBC News suspended press pool coverage of Trump over his decision last Friday to ban CNN, Politico, and MS NOW from the White House over their alleged "fake news" stories. That collective pushback resulted in a particularly embarrassing incident for Trump, because there was no audio for his big White House helipad ribbon cutting ceremony today.

With an even bigger week ahead as the United Nations convene in New York, Trump is going to be feeling the burn from his authoritarian power grab. He's drunk with his own power and in obvious cognitive decline, which is why he thought that he could shred the First Amendment without consequence. Thankfully, the media is fighting back — and winning bigly.
