NEW: Influencer RielleUK has been arrested after driving her car into 3 pedestrians in central London in the early hours of this morning, reportedly following a confrontation with others.

This incident has left a woman in her 30s fighting for her life in the hospital and a man in his 40s with life-changing injuries. A second woman in her 30s also suffered minor injuries.
