@MyGlasgowCC It’s taken you a week to reply. Bulk uplift now collected. Difficult to contact you. Disappointed my bulk uplift (which could’ve been recycled) was put into the general waste bin lorry.

@GlasgowCC I paid for and scheduled a bulk uplift, for today. No one came. No notification of why. I want to know why my bulk items were not collected and when it will be? Your website says within 28 days, but it also says you will tell me if it’s not being collected 🤨

@FirstinGlasgow This is why you should have a better service - 2 buses an hour is ridiculous. If you have more buses servicing the route , if there are delays at least some buses might miss the delays and people can still get to where they need to be. Your service is extremely lacking.

@FirstinGlasgow why has X8 - Buchanan Bus station not arrived at Crookston Road/Bullwood court? Should have been here at 4:26pm but ‘live’ update has it will be here at 5:15pm. 2 buses an hour this route is served and you can’t get that right!!

However, are you saying the stop at Waterloo St is closed and would need to use St Vincent Street stop instead, to get back to Silverburn?

@FirstinGlasgow Great! This morning your driver overloaded the bus so when it came to a popular stop, myself and many others didn’t get off the bus due to crowding and him not waiting long enough to let people off! That’s an issue with single deckers on a popular route

@FirstinGlasgow there’s no way you can say there isnt enough demand in Glasgow for your buses to be running every 40mins, X8. Airport bus runs every 15mins, but workers need to wait for unreasonable bouts of time to get to and from work?!!!

@FirstinGlasgow The X8 which is the Pollok circular-Buchanan bus station (approx 80k residents) and you make a Sunday service every 45mins?! It’s bad enough Mon-Sat is every 30mins, but it beggars belief how little you service the biggest city in Scotland!

@FirstinGlasgow So to clarify… Crookston Road is NOT being serviced by X8. In order to get to the city centre, the closest bus stop would be end of Brockburn Rd before the bus turns into Linthaugh Rd?
