@Badandym @douglaschan07 @kimgudeth @ofctimallen That's not remotely true. You do realize without a permanent address you cannot get a lD and therefore cannot fill out an I9 in most states. Some people fall on hard times. I never claimed this to be a perfect fix. But it would help.

If you have none of the tools to succeed in the society you live in, you can't just put good out there. Most companies now require an online application. Also can't get a license without an address so can't do an I-9 form to get a job.
