I’m concerned my appeal may have been missed or incorrectly filtered as spam. Could you please review the status of my appeal and make sure it gets properly reviewed? Thank you!
@TeamYouTube My channel was terminated for “spam, scams and deceptive practices,” but I believe this was a mistake. I submitted an appeal on July 30, and today is August 17, but I still haven’t received a response.

Dear YouTube Support Team,
I am asking you to reconsider your decision to disable monetization of my channel for someone else, as I believe it is completely unfounded and wrong.
All content on my channel is filmed, edited, created, and published solely by me. I personally visit all the locations I feature in my videos, including beaches, the Brazilian Carnival, Oktoberfest, and various events. For example, I recently spent over $1,500 on a trip to Oktoberfest to create high-quality and original content for my viewers. I film and edit the material myself, and all content is entirely my own.
Furthermore, I am willing to provide receipts for airline tickets, festivals, and other events I attended, as well as receipts for all equipment I purchased for filming (four different video cameras) to prove that all my content is my own creation. The accusation that I'm using other people's content is false and completely untrue. My entire channel is personalized. You can see my face and hear my voice in every video. My channel has never had and does not have any copyright infringements.
My videos fully comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines. My channel's exclusion from the Partner Program appears completely unfounded. The response to my previous request was perfunctory and did not provide any specific explanation for the decision.
I demand a fair review of this matter, the restoration of my channel's monetization, and a clear explanation.

I'm also providing a link to my video appeal, which shows the process of creating my videos from start to finish, including filming at each festival or beach featured on my channel, all the equipment I use, and the entire editing, preview creation, and publishing process. Please personally watch the video appeal and ensure that my content is entirely mine and does not violate any YouTube monetization rules. https://t.co/IQBK1aZLgQ
