@EssexPR Some of these conditions are not nice but they can be treated,&probably most of them wouldn’t stop you going to work. I went to work a few days after being operated for a a ruptured appendix that went gangrenous followed by sepsis.

@EssexPR He’s probably working, I take holidays with my family & I probably work most of it. He’s the PM I’m sure hasn’t just switched off in fact I’d be fairly positive. In reality can a PM really switch off.

@EssexPR I can’t see serious offenders being released on any early release scheme.
I also can’t see Andy Burnham approving it. On saying that there’s probably a lot of people in prison where some other form of constructive correction would be more valuable.
