BPCL Lokhandwala: disappointing service. Long wait periods, no token system, no consideration for senior citizens, repeat follow-ups. Getting a gas connection taking forever. @BPCLimited, pls improve customer svc urgently.

Dubai offices got back to me saying its not possible. The syllabus has not changed since last year or maybe more. So not sure why the videos and exams are missing. Looks like I am the only parent that noticed it or this request was ignored last year as well.

@ByjusSupport purchased daughters Byjus plan till 10th grade. Portion does not seem to have been made current and missing a lot of details. When complained I get one excel sheet with links to chapters for her to read right from the CBSE text books. No Videos and online tests ???
