@ljv0178 @BrightsparkUS Did you ever get your refund? We have the same problem. We called FOUR MONTHS AGO. Were told it was delayed. Then were told they would "put a rush on it" and it would be processed mid-June, then that it was delayed again and it would be processed mid-July. Still nothing.
