Nothing has changed in Europe since the 1950s. Murderers are not prosecuted because of political considerations.

In 1944, the Nazi Heinrich Lammerding took command of the SS division “Das Reich”.

On June 9, 1944, in the French city of Tulle, German units carried out an execution after an attack by the French Resistance.

As a result of the massacre, 99 innocent civilians of the city were publicly hanged, and hundreds of others were arrested and sent to concentration camps, where they died.

The next day, on June 10, 1944, one of the most infamous crimes of the Nazi occupation of France took place — the destruction of the village of Oradour-sur-Glane.

The “Das Reich” division surrounded the village, gathered the inhabitants, and carried out a mass massacre.

As a result, 643 people were killed, including women and children. They were shot, and hundreds were burned alive.

After the war, the commander of this unit, SS General Lammerding, escaped punishment.

After Germany’s surrender, he hid for some time and then returned to civilian life.

He went into the construction business in West Germany and lived openly under his real name. He became wealthy.

French authorities demanded his extradition, but without success.

This piece of dog shit died on January 13, 1971, in Bad Tölz, never having faced punishment for his crimes.

In the 1950s, France and Germany were involved in European integration and the confrontation with the Soviet Union.

In that atmosphere, a trial against Nazi murderers would have been perceived as “playing into the hands of the Soviet Union.”
