@hopper Very frustrated with @hopper Booked our flights (3 of them) before COVID and flights were canceled by the airline. This was at the end of March. Numerous attempts to contact Hopper for refund but not response. I will join class action law suit as well. This just isn’t right!!!

Everything else is secondary. Here's a few tips:
* Empower teachers w/ decisions
* Trust them as professionals & adults
* Treat everyone as individuals/ humans
* Respect their time
* Show them you care personal/professional
