@mrjamesob@lbc - growing up there was a kids program called 'why don't you?' the general content was aimed at doing fun/interesting things that didn't require a fortune to participate. Perhaps an example. (It worked for me)
I think it should be compulsary that if you tell me that you are "recieving higher than usual call volumes" that you publish the amount of calls, the trend and the number of real people you have to answer them, and the mobile phone number of the service desk director.
