@auspost Hi Christine. I submitted my issue on the help page last week. No response as yet. I have letters & some parcels still being redirected to Sydney. Others are being delivered in Melbourne. It's pot luck! I'm now having any packages delivered to a friend to ensure I get them. ???

@auspost I have missing parcels & mail still being redirected after cancelling redirect 3 wks ago. Local post office says to call you. I call, I'm told you're not taking ANY calls unless about urgent medication deliveries. Busy? Short staffed? About 2 million Aussies need work 🤬
