@Ocado That’s my problem it keeps taking me further back in the virtual queue whereas I thought a virtual queue meant you made your way to the front !

@Ocado I was this morning position number 940 out of 2000 then that changed to 940 out of 18000 with a 15 min wait and now 9766 out 9980 and a two hour wait. How can this queue system work if I’ve gone back in the from position 940 to 9766. This can’t be right

@Ocado @earlyyearsjules Well I have been in a virtual queue for 3 days now. This morning it was in fact a 15 estimate wait time and 940 in the queue. This afternoon that change to 9766 and now 8961. How can that be? I’m a customer for 15 years. All I want to do is checkout
