@TexasTechSB@Big12Conference Y’all need to cut ESPN some slack. They’re a fledging startup company, and we can’t expect them to do the sports broadcasting reliably
Travis county Republicans fb group have to instruct people to stop posting in support of Talarico. Are alright if you leave your ballot blank though. Not a great sign for Paxton lol
@JaredSandler Somewhere around 2002, I went to spring training in Florida and saw the Rangers. Lots of fans were clamoring around lots of players to get autographs, and I remember thinking, “Who’s this #10 kid? I don’t need his autograph” 🤦🏻♂️
A terminally ill 6-year-old boy named Levi Mayhew was given the chance to make a wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
But instead of choosing something for himself, Levi chose to send his best friend Emma to Disney World after she spent months writing him letters of encouragement during his illness.
Emma carried a cardboard cutout of Levi throughout the trip, taking photos with him on rides and around the park so he could experience the adventure with her in spirit.
Every year, I share this video of French caretakers who take sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy, and scrub them into the letters to give them the gold coloring.
They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
France also gave us this land as American soil. #MemorialDayWeekend
Trump is now reportedly responsible for roughly 27.7% of the entire U.S. national debt accumulated under all presidents combined.
That is an astonishing figure historically.
The national debt just crossed $39 trillion.
President Trump has added roughly $12–13 trillion to the debt across his two terms in office.
That’s approximately 30% of ALL U.S. national debt accumulated since 1789.
In 2016, Trump said he would pay down the national debt “over a period of eight years.”
Instead:
- First term: +$7.8 trillion
- Second term: roughly +$4–5 trillion already
And yes, COVID affected first-term spending.
It does not explain adding another trillion dollars every five months without a pandemic.
A political movement built on:
“fiscal conservatism”
“small government”
“balanced budgets”
has now overseen the largest debt expansion tied to any single presidency in American history.
Ken Paxton said Uvalde was "God's plan."
He was impeached by his own party for bribery and corruption.
He gave a child sex abuser a 60 day sentence
This is exactly the reason Trump endorsed him.
One criminal endorsing another
Fun fact for the $10 billion lawsuit crowd.
The IRS leak that exposed Donald Trump’s tax returns happened between August 2019 and November 2020.
405,427 other taxpayer returns were also leaked.
Trump was president. His own pick, Charles Rettig, ran the IRS. The contractor who did it, Charles Littlejohn, worked on a Trump-era IRS contract and is now serving five years in federal prison.
On January 29, 2026, Trump sued the IRS and Treasury for $10 billion over a breach that happened on his watch, under his commissioner, by a contractor his administration paid.
He is suing the federal government he ran, for failing to stop a leak that occurred while he was running it.
The taxpayer foots the bill either way.
Thomas Massie: "I vote with Republicans 91% of the time. And the 9% I don't, they're taking up for pedophiles, starting another war, or bankrupting our country."
An absolute mic drop. 🎤⬇️
The fact that Thomas Massie is fighting for his political life in a Republican primary because he wants pedophiles to face justice is not a good look for the Republican party.
🚨 Florida just shut down its “Alligator Alcatraz” ICE detention center after spending close to $1 billion on it.
The facility was built in 8 days last July on a small airport runway in the Everglades. Governor Ron DeSantis used emergency powers to throw it up. Trump called it a model for other states.
Florida has been spending more than $1 million a day to operate it.
The state put in $608 million upfront. Then another $300 million in operating costs. The federal government has not reimbursed a dollar — the money is tied up in court over environmental lawsuits and the inhumane conditions inside.
Of the 1,400 people held there, 900 have no criminal record.
That’s nearly two out of every three detainees. People with no convictions. Held in a tent city in a swamp.
Rep. Maxwell Frost, who toured the facility, called it “a failed experiment in human suffering.”
DeSantis’s own assessment: “If we shut the lights out tomorrow, we will be able to say it served its purpose.”
What was the point of DOGE?
@ChrisLevel@TexasTechSB I need to go back and listen to the radio broadcast. I also expect (and I mean this in the best possible way) we’ll all need to help Mark Finkner find his sh!t
The @GregAbbott_TX campaign is peddling in filth because his record is trash:
✏️Schools in crisis;
📈Property taxes up 75%;
🔌Most unaffordable electricity;
😷Most uninsured children;
💧1st major American city to run out of water.
That’s Abbott’s record. He owns it. Underaged pics of me doing whatever their disturbed imaginations envision won’t change that.
