I dreamt last night that my ex stabbed me and left me for dead after learning that I entered a new relationship with an accomplished man.

He found out where I lived, orchestrated instances where in we would run into each other, and one day, just went up straight to me and BAM.

I woke up. I was so crippled by the phantom fear, it took me a whole hour to be well enough to get up from bed.
