Shipped a big upgrade to glim's GitHub tools.

glim_github_search now takes full GitHub search syntax: booleans, qualifiers, sort - the same query you'd type into GitHub's own search bar. Plus code search across public repos.

glim_github_get got 10 fixes: commit views with diffs, READMEs resolved the way GitHub resolves them (turns out raw-fetching the uppercase README filename misses every repo that spells it lowercase), issue threads with 100 comments instead of a silent 30, and truncated results that tell the agent the exact follow-up call to get the rest.
