✅ Diagnosis: Acute AR, premature MV closure & diastolic MR. Others: fine diastolic fluttering of AML, systolic MR

✅ 2nd image: MR on color- easy to confuse timing of MR with color only & cursory reading (watch out!)
✅ 3rd image: #1 diastolic MR, #2 systolic MR, #3 Early diastolic mitral flow
✅ 4th image: CW AR very rapid decel, end diastolic Vel 0, AR stops before diastole is over
Question: is this diastolic MR due to acute AR or long PR?

Optimal treat include the initiation and rapid titration of 4 key drug (RAS-i or ARNI, b-blockers, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, SGLT2 inhibitors), along with diuretics to relieve congestion. Finerenone and vericiguat may be appropriate.
