had a phone appt with the gp today and i’ve been officially diagnosed with pcos/pmos. it’s relief and at the same time not so. i’m glad to have the diagnosis and know where i can start and properly tackle things going forward at the very least.

had another blood test today for my hormones, since the last ones got sent to a different hospital 🫩… everything looks “fine”, my symptoms say otherwise

@blackcoffeegt yeah this, also it might just be insulin resistance without the pcos, or idk.. just something totally different but i have a lot of the pcos symptoms anyway. next is having a scan so we shall see.
