@QuickMobileFix When people are looking for refunds it’s not because they changed their mind...it’s because you just took the money and didn’t give anything in return. So I’m not sure why you use this waiting for 14 workings days to give said refund!

@QuickMobileFix Hello there! Would one be able to inform me when I will be getting my refund? You took my money last month, no phone to show for it. Requested a refund, the refund manager must be busy dealing with all the refunds as I have heard nothing!
