@kelseybogan I think that as I improve the age of our collection and get to know student reading interests I may move in that direction, but for now I desperately need to get more titles in. No one in my library is checking out 18+ year old books.
@kelseybogan@makerbella Your blog has inspired and energized me this last month as I plan for my return to school in August. Iβd love to learn more from you!
@MadisonsLibrary Run, donβt walk to read posts on Donβt You Shush Me. @kelseybogan blogs on low tech makerspace stations. Iβve taken so many notes. Perler beads: https://t.co/budB3V8BIs
@librarianfitz Building reading culture and cultivating reading joy! Starting with improving the collection to give students access and choice (inherited a collection with average age of 18 years!!!! Fiction and Nonfiction!)
Excited to be catching up with ECIS Libraries Week presentations this morning, but also really missing that completely-exhausted-but-also-exhilirated feeling of attending a conference in real life. #Libraries21 @ECISchools
@BecElliott one literacy week activity at BIBS was to write to a favorite author. Snail mail from China is too unreliable, so I'm sending to you here. This is from a 9 yr old Chinese girl who loves Owl Diaries!
@iste Hey ISTE Cert Team - your portfolio extension purchase page has been down for a week. Says it should be back on Aug 24, now it is Aug 26 & Iβm desperate to purchase! My deadline is today. #ISTE#ISTEcert
Couldn't join the mock chat - asynchronous chats work better as I'm half way round the globe from US! Still a great push to get back on Twitter and grow my PLN @NikkiDRobertson #kaslchat2020
