For the first time, the House Appropriations Committee Approves increased U.S. security assistance to Armenia, following deliberation and consideration of Global ARM's recommendations and written statements.
This April 24, Global ARM pays respect to the 1.5 million Armenians systematically massacred by the Ottoman government.
Global ARM will continue working tirelessly in DC toward securing justice for the Armenians and accountability for the crimes being committed by Azerbaijan.

@CFTJustice, a partner of Global ARM, has recently published an updated report on the ongoing violations of Armenia’s territorial integrity, Armenian POWs and hostages held in Azerbaijan, and the continuous destruction of Armenian heritage in ethnically-cleansed Nagorno-Karabakh.
On January 14, Azerbaijan handed over four Armenians it had held as prisoners, each sentenced to at least 15 years in prison following sham trials. In exchange, Armenian authorities released two Syrian mercenaries hired by Azerbaijan to attack Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020.
As we gather with friends and family this Thanksgiving, Global ARM thanks our growing number of donors for their support.
Because of you, U.S-Armenia ties are growing and Global ARM’s influence in Washington continues to rise.
Thank you.
Global ARM was invited to the White House yesterday for a series of high-level meetings with senior officials from the National Security Council, Vice President Vance’s team, and the U.S. State Department.
Global ARM will continue to advocate tirelessly for Armenia’s security.
Aliyev has consistently reneged on every commitment he made to the U.S. not to use violence and pursue his territorial ambitions against Armenians. Pass the PEACE Act sponsored by @repdarrellissa.
Why does Aliyev behave differently when he is next to Trump compared to when he is back in Azerbaijan? You signed a declaration where the road is referred to as the TRIPP—so what’s the point of calling it by a different name that reflects territorial ambitions?
Speaking with @molon_labe97 on @CivilNetTV, Global ARM President @timjemal explained the intro of the PEACE Act in Congress & the bill’s explicit focus on sanctioning Azerbaijan’s ruling elite, military units & its oil and gas industry if Az engages in aggression against Armenia.

(2/2) On an interview with 1 in TV, Global ARM President Timothy Jemal explains the recently-introduced PEACE Act in Washington that would sanction Azerbaijani leaders and their oil and gas sector for committing aggression against Armenia.

The PEACE Act is an important step in deterring Azerbaijani aggression and supporting a lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Proud to support this legislation.
Global ARM has been working for months on sanctions legislation and is pleased to announce that U.S. Reps. @repdarrellissa (R-CA) and @RepGusBilirakis (R-FL) have introduced the PEACE Act (H.R. 5632), a landmark bill to hold Azerbaijan accountable for repeated acts of aggression.
Global ARM pushes for the passage of the Bilirakis Amendment, which focuses on ceasing Azerbaijani hostilities, as well as increasing security cooperation between the U.S. and Armenia.
Global ARM will work to garner bipartisan support for the amendment.
The State Department report affirms evidence of arbitrary killings, unlawful detentions, torture, transnational repression, and a "methodically implemented strategy to empty Nagorno-Karabakh" of Armenians.
The impact of the Trump-brokered peace framework between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and what more needs to happen to ensure a just peace, were discussed by Global ARM President @timjemal in the interview with @ChanelRion of @OANN.
