A man was once rejected from the army for being too extreme.

That same man now runs the police.

His name is Itamar Ben-Gvir — Israel's National Security Minister — and this week France banned him from their country after he filmed himself taunting detained Gaza flotilla activists on camera.

They were zip-tied. Some were European citizens. They were forced to kneel.

Who is this man?
